DINING AT Seafire Steakhouse

At Seafire Steakhouse guests can dine on an extensive menu of rich, smoked, seared, or grilled flavors and mouthwatering fare.

Tempting starters such as sautéed shrimp and crab cake complement entrées of King Salmon,
sweet Bahamian lobster tails, with an emphasis on the highest quality dry aged prime beer.

The menu introduces a variety of signature martinis and offers an extensive collection of fine wines—and even
a traditional butchery counter with a retail wine selection.

Serious Cocktails
Seafire has one of the best bars at Atlantis and is popular as a stop for pre and after dinner drinks. The bartenders are reputed to be some of the very best on the island and are justly proud of their extensive selection of signature martinis. Be warned, these are very serious cocktails and we would recommend more than one visit for anyone who wants to work their way through the entire list of creative recipes.
