The Atlantis Gift Card is a digitally delivered gift card (via email, text, or instant messaging services) or physical gift card redeemable at Atlantis Paradise Island resort in The Bahamas only. 

Redemption includes any charges placed to a registered guest's room folio during their stay: room rate, taxes, fees, food and beverage/restaurants, Atlantis retail outlets only, Aquaventure, Dolphin Cay, Atlantis Marina, Ocean Club Golf, Mandara Spa, Crush, Atlantis Kids Adventure, and event/entertainment tickets. Alternately, the gift card can be used directly at food and beverage/restaurant outlets by both registered and non-registered guests of the resort. The gift card cannot be used for casino-related charges, flight reservations or directly in Atlantis retail outlets.

To use your Atlantis Gift Card during your stay, present your gift card to the front desk agent at check-in.  Your gift card will be redeemed prior to your check-out date, and a credit placed onto your room in the amount of the gift card(s). Apply all charges incurred (food and beverage, retail purchases, activities and entertainment) to your room during your stay. The total amount due will be reduced by the amount of your gift card(s). Alternately, you can use your gift card directly at food and beverage/restaurant outlets or present it at the time of check-out to have the balance used towards purchased placed on your guest folio.

If you are not a registered guest of the hotel, you may use your gift card directly at food and beverage/restaurant outlets.

Within 2-3 business days of your cancellation, a new gift card, in the amount due back to you will be sent to your email address associated with your reservation. Any amount due back above the total value of gift cards used on the booking will be provided back to the credit card used on the booking.

Atlantis Gift Cards cannot be used directly at Mandara Spa. However, if spa charges are sent to the guest room folio, the gift card can be applied to the spa charges at the front desk.
