Carmine’s is now open at Casa D’Angelo, located in The Coral across from Chopstix.
Delight in a lively atmosphere reminiscent of the Big Apple, where family-style dining meets classic recipes straight from Southern Italy. Select from an array of fine Italian wines, including a private label magnum, and dine on sumptuous platters of classic Italian recipes such as chicken scarpariello, shrimp scampi, fried calamari, and more.
All platters are served in abundant portions to share. Diners are forewarned to leave room for dessert – the Titanic, an ice cream laden chocolate torte, is sure to leave entire families satisfied and smiling.
Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, Chef Glenn Rolnick has served as the Director of Culinary Operations for the Alicart Restaurant Group for the past 20 years.
He has been seen on Good Morning America, MSG Live, WCBS, WNBC, Fox's Good Day New York and Fox News to name a few. He has also styled food shoots for dozens of publications, including Gourmet Magazine, The Journal News, The New York Post, and The New York Daily News.
Chef Rolnick was featured at Carmine's during the 2024 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, providing unique culinary experiences.
