Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, Chef Glenn Rolnick has served as the Director of Culinary Operations for the Alicart Restaurant Group for the past 20 years.
He has been seen on Good Morning America, MSG Live, WCBS, WNBC, Fox's Good Day New York and Fox News to name a few. He has also styled food shoots for dozens of publications, including Gourmet Magazine, The Journal News, The New York Post, and The New York Daily News.
Chef Rolnick was featured at Carmine's during the 2024 Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, providing unique culinary experiences.
