The restaurant pays homage to flavors of The Bahamas with “locals” favorites like fresh conch salad and grilled snapper with peas n’ rice and fried plantain. Bimini Road hosts live Caribbean music most evenings. Guests can immerse themselves in the energy of one of the island’s busiest shopping and dining areas while sipping local beers and delicious tropical cocktails with views of Atlantis Marina.
A signature dish at Bimini Road is “whole” grilled snapper, impeccably prepared with the fresh ingredients, local herbs and grilled to perfection. The dish is served with two traditional Bahamian sides. We suggest you try Peas ‘n Rice and fried plantains.
