A minimum of two (2) night stay required. During certain time periods, the minimum night of stay may be longer.

Rates are subject to nightly VAT and Levies, Resort Fee, Mandatory Gratuities, and Utility Service Fees: 21% charge on nightly room rate (10% VAT, 4.4% Paradise Island Tourism and Development Association Levy (including VAT), and 6.6% Nassau Paradise Island Promotional Board Levy (including VAT)), daily Resort Fee ($70 plus a $7.00 VAT charge, totaling $77.00 at The Coral and The Royal, and $77 plus a $7.50 VAT charge, totaling $82.50 at The Cove and The Reef), and daily Mandatory Gratuities (up to $15 per person, per night, 12 and older, at The Coral and The Royal, and up to $52 per person, per night, 12 and older, at The Cove and The Reef). Daily Utility Service Fee at Harborside ($21.12 per person, per day incl. VAT), and daily Mandatory Gratuities at Harborside ($6.25 per person, per day, 12 and older).
