Discover what it takes to become a specialized sea life vet through hands-on activities and behind-the-scenes exploration. Participate in animal physical examinations and health assessments to learn how the veterinary team collaborates with Dolphin Cay behaviorists for a comprehensive approach to animal health care.

 This fun-filled afternoon program offers an introduction to our pod of rescued bottlenose dolphins, sea lions and colorful macaws and demonstrates the highest level of animal care and welfare provided for our population of marine life every day. You must be 14 years of age or older to participate in the Sea Life Vet experience.

Age Requirements: Open to ages 14+.

What’s Included:
· A 2-hour program shadowing the veterinary team as they care for our resident dolphins, sea lions and macaws.
· Participants will receive a Sea Life Vet Commemorative T-shirt and one photo print.

Tips:
· Participants must wear shoes that have good grip that you do not mind getting dirty or wet. Sneakers are preferred. Please no flip flops.
· While guests will NOT be getting in the water, they may be splashed - so we recommend comfortable clothes that can get wet.
