Our adorable sea lion pups are growing every day and are now ready to meet the world! In this intimate, engaging experience, you’ll discover all the fascinating ways pups change and grow as they age.

In 2021, we welcomed Karaya and Zemi, two healthy new California sea lion pups, and now they’re ready to meet the world. For the first time, we’re excited to include them in an all-new fun and educational guest interaction.

 Learn how their bodies, brains and appetites are growing every day — and how they have learned to interact and communicate with other sea lions in their herd. You’ll assist our behaviorists as they engage the pups in fun, playful activities that boost their development. All ages are welcome to participate in the Pupventure experience.

Age Requirements: Open to all ages. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. (Guests 3 years and under are admitted free.)

What’s Included:
· An up-close experience to meet, learn about and feed young sea lions.
· Back-of-house tour of our veterinary hospital, operating suite, and laboratory.
· Meet our macaws at the Dolphin Cay Aviary.
· A group photographer is available; Group pictures can be purchased at an additional cost.

Tips:
· Comfortable walking shoes or water shoes recommended (no swimming involved).
· To ensure the safety of our animals, personal cameras, cell phones and other electronic devices cannot be used during the program.
