New Login Required
Why do I need to create a new account?

We've completely rebuilt My Atlantis Vacation to give you a faster, simpler, and more connected experience. As part of this upgrade, all guests need to create a new account — your previous login credentials will no longer work. Setting up a new account takes less than two minutes, and you can use your email, Google, or Apple ID to sign in.

Will my existing reservation be affected?

Not at all. Your existing reservations are completely safe and unchanged. Once you create your new My Atlantis Vacation account, your bookings will automatically link to your profile so you can manage them in one place.

What happens to my saved preferences and history?


Your reservation history is preserved and will appear in your new account once you sign in with the email tied to your bookings. Any saved preferences (dining, room setup, activities) can be quickly re-set when you log in for the first time

Does it cost anything to create an account?

Creating a My Atlantis Vacation account is completely free, with no hidden fees and no commitments. All you need is an email address and a password — and it takes less than two minutes.

What does "New My Atlantis Vacation" mean?

It means you only need one username and password to access the My Atlantis Vacation website, mobile app, and all future Atlantis digital platforms. No more juggling multiple accounts — just one simple login for everything.

Do I have to create an account?

You're welcome to browse the website and access basic booking features without an account. However, a free account unlocks the full experience — saved preferences, a unified reservation dashboard, member-only offers, and easy itinerary management.

Can I sign in with Google or Apple?

Yes. You can create your account and sign in using email, Google, or Apple. Choose whichever option is easiest for you — they all give you the same full access.

I booked through a third party — can I still use My Atlantis Vacation?


If you booked through Casino, Group Sales, Marriott Bonvoy, or another third-party site, you can still create a My Atlantis Vacation account and sign in to explore the resort, browse experiences, and save preferences. Itinerary management is currently available for direct bookings only.

What You Can Do
What can I do with my account?

Your account gives you a single dashboard to view and manage all reservations, save dining and room preferences, book dining, spa, and activities, and access your full itinerary from any device. Think of it as your concierge in your pocket.

Can I plan my trip before I arrive?

Absolutely — and we highly recommend it. Once your reservation is confirmed, log in to browse dining options, pre-book activities and cabanas, set your room preferences, and build your day-by-day itinerary. Pre-arrival planning is one of the best ways to make the most of your stay.

Does my account work at all Atlantis properties?

Yes. One My Atlantis Vacation account covers every Atlantis property — no need for separate logins.

What devices does it work on?

My Atlantis Vacation works on desktop (all major browsers), iPhone and iPad, and Android devices. Sign in once and your trip details follow you everywhere.

What languages is it available in?

My Atlantis Vacation is currently available in English. Additional language support is being explored for future updates.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Your account is protected with industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Atlantis does not sell your personal data to third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy for details.

What information is stored in my account?

Your account securely stores your name, email, contact details, stay history, and any saved preferences (dining, room setup, activity interests). You're always in control — you can update or delete your information at any time from your profile.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and we'll email a secure reset link to your registered email address. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

How do I update my email or login details?

You can update your email address, password, and contact information at any time from the "My Profile" section of your account.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your personal preferences and data are removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
