The public is hereby advised that Island Hotel Company Limited dba Atlantis Paradise Island is proposing to carry out a project on Paradise Island. The public is invited to participate in a public consultation meeting to be held Wednesday the 24th of September 2025 at 6:00 pm by the project proponent to hear and discuss matters relating to the proposed project. The consultation meeting will be held at the Atlantis Theatre in The Coral.

A general description of the project is as follows:

Atlantis is proposing to develop portions of the 22.93-acre Flamingo Lakes site on Paradise Island as a private k-8 school, a nature preserve with walking trails and other amenities and parking facilities. The developer will draw financial support from the Paradise Island Community and provide various benefits to the community.
