•  Experience Credits are available to registered guests with a 2-night minimum stay.

•  Credits must be purchased at least four (4) days prior to arrival and are not available to purchase on property.

•  Credits can be canceled one (1) day prior to check in for a full refund.

•  Experience Credits are available in the following amounts: Pay $100 receive $115, Pay $200 receive $230, Pay $300 receive $345, Pay $500 receive $575, and Pay $1000 receive $1150

•  No credit will be issued for any unused amounts.

Food & Beverage Experience Credits

•  The Food and Beverage Experience Credit can only be used towards the cost of Food and Beverages.

•  It may be used at any of the open Atlantis dining outlets including Room Service.

•  It may not be used at the Marina Village Starbucks or toward gratuities on food and beverage consumption and/or toward the cost of a Dining or Beverage Plan.

Beverage Experience Credits

•  The Beverage Experience Credit can only be used towards the cost of Beverages.

•  It may be used at any of the open Atlantis dining outlets including Room Service.

•  It may not be used at the Marina Village Starbucks or toward gratuities on food and beverage consumption and/or toward the cost of a Dining or Beverage Plan.

Marine Experience Credits

•  The Marine Experience Credit can only be used towards the cost of Dolphin Cay interactions, Junior Ultimate Trainer for a Day, Snorkel the Ruins and Sting Ray

•  It may not be used toward any Pieces of 8 or Blue Adventures activities and programs (Scuba, Walk with Sharks, Paradise Lagoon rentals).

Family Fun Experience Credits

•  The Family Fun Experience Credit can be used towards the cost of AKA, CRUSH, Atlantis Speedway, Atlantis Pals @ AKA, Earth & Fire Pottery, Mermaid Experiences, Ice Cream at Sun & Ice and Ben & Jerry’s, Junior Ultimate Trainer for a Day, Stingray Experience, and Sea Squirts.

•  Credits can only be applied towards experiences booked on property after check in. Credits cannot be applied towards pre-booked experiences.
