“My Bahamian heritage plays a significant role in my culinary style,” he says. “It is the way I was taught to handcraft my recipes that ignites my passion to bring flavor to my dishes."

In the past five years, the McKenzie’s brand has expanded from the original conch shack located on Potters Cay Dock to Marina Village at Atlantis, Paradise Island.
