This November, Colorado State men’s basketball will tip off a thrilling new chapter at the 2025 Battle 4 Atlantis, taking place November 26–28 in Nassau, Bahamas. The Rams are riding the momentum of a historic season and a Mountain West tournament title, and with new head coach Ali Farokhmanesh at the helm, they’re ready to make their mark on one of college basketball’s biggest stages.
Last season, CSU captured its first Mountain West tournament crown in 23 years and earned an NCAA Tournament berth with a 26–10 record. Their tough, disciplined style turned heads all year and now, they’ll bring that same winning spirit to Atlantis, where every game is a chance to shine in front of the nation.
Ali Farokhmanesh, recently promoted to head coach after architecting the Rams’ recent success, is ready to lead Colorado State into a bold new era. “Competing at Battle 4 Atlantis is a tremendous opportunity for our program,” Farokhmanesh said. “We’re excited to travel to The Bahamas and show the country what Colorado State basketball is all about.”
The Rams will face an elite field at Atlantis, including fellow 2025 NCAA Tournament teams Saint Mary’s, Vanderbilt, and VCU, alongside South Florida, Virginia Tech, Western Kentucky, and Wichita State. Expect a Thanksgiving week packed with high-energy matchups, unforgettable moments, and the chance for Colorado State to announce itself as a national contender.
