Heading into its 12th year, the Battle 4 Atlantis is regarded as one of the most exciting early-season tournaments of the college basketball season, and remains one of the most sought after commodities for teams looking to see what they’re made of heading into December.
The field for the 2023 tournament is set to feature returning champions Villanova facing off against North Carolina, Michigan, Stanford and more.
The Villanova Wildcats are one of only two teams to be two-time Battle 4 Atlantis champions.
After emerging victorious and securing their first championship in the 2013 tournament, the Wildcats returned to Paradise Island in 2017 and claimed their 2nd title by defeating the Northern Iowa Panthers.
