Can you give us a sneak peek into some innovative cooking techniques or recipes you plan on showcasing at the 2024 Nassau Paradise Island Wine and Food Festival?
We intend to blow them away. At food festivals, I love cooking live. You get to see, smell, and taste—and it creates the ultimate experience. Last year, we did a refined version of chicken in the bag.
This year, we’re going to use local seafood [like] conch and grouper. We’re going “down home,” and it will be reminiscent of a grandmother’s cooking.
