Island Hotel Company Limited d/b/a Atlantis Resort & Casino (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide comprehensive Landscaping Services in support of resort operations.

The Company is pleased to issue this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to companies with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-quality, and sustainable landscaping services within hospitality environments or comparable multi-site operations. The contractor is to provide comprehensive landscaping and ground maintenance services across Harborside Resort, including hotel grounds, pool deck, parking areas, and marina.

The selected contractor will be responsible for turf maintenance, pruning, irrigation systems, plant replacement, pest management, and overall upkeep to maintain the property in a first-class condition. Respondents are hereby invited, on a non‑binding basis, to express their interest and submit proposals in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined in this RFP.

The selected service provider will be expected to support the Company’s commitment to maintaining world-class standards across all landscaped areas, ensuring aesthetic excellence, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency throughout the resort. The Company seeks a partner capable of delivering innovative and cost-effective landscaping solutions that enhance the overall guest experience while supporting long-term asset preservation.
