A SPECIAL WEEK AT CARMINE'S
Experience the essence of New York in Paradise Island, as we bring the beloved flavors of this famous NYC spot to
Atlantis’ Marina Village.
Enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Big Apple, with family-style dining featuring classic Southern Italian recipes. Indulge in fine Italian wines, including a private label magnum, and feast on generous platters of favorites like chicken scarpariello, shrimp scampi, and fried calamari—all perfect for sharing. Leave space for dessert—the Titanic, a chocolate torte with ice cream, is sure to satisfy.
For an even more memorable experience, guests can enhance their dine with specialty menu offerings and a personalized visit from Chef Glenn Rolnick.
