Star Power, Sweets & Shaggy
Saturday delivered nonstop excitement—from sushi-rolling at Nobu and a live podcast taping with José Andrés and Michael Symon, to a family-friendly cake and ice cream social on The Great Lawn. Guests sipped signature cocktails with Tony Abou-Ganim before heading to an elegant seaside wine dinner hosted by Katie Lee. The night wrapped with a packed house at Jerk Jam, where bold Caribbean bites, celeb chefs, and a performance by Shaggy lit up Paradise Harbor.

From Barbie to Bridge Suite, Friday Brought the Heat
The day began with a sweet start as young chefs whipped up treats at the Barbie and Ken Culinary Adventure. Guests then joined Michael Symon for a sold-out food tour through Nassau, while Alon Shaya led a hands-on Middle Eastern cooking class at Silan. As evening arrived, the Bridge Suite glowed during the Sunset Soirée, Michael Symon returned for a seaside wine dinner, and the night closed with A Taste of Paradise—a beachfront tasting event featuring Bobby Flay and bites worth remembering.

A Day of Taste, Talent, and Tequila
Guests started the day with a hands-on pasta-making masterclass led by Michelin-recognized chef Michael White at Paranza. As the sun dipped, Sparkles at Sunset lit up the Bridge Suite with champagne and bites in one of Atlantis’ most iconic spaces. The evening continued with a wine-paired seaside dinner hosted by Bobby Flay, followed by Tacos & Tequila—an electric waterfront party featuring Chef Michael Symon, bold flavors, and a high-energy set by the Baha Men.

A Toast to Paradise
The festival kicked off with flavor during Wednesday’s Opening Night Swirl Party, where chefs and sommeliers greeted guests with bites, bubbles, and special performances. Festival-goers also experienced a sunset event with fine wines and Bahamian bites, all set against stunning views of Nassau Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean from Atlantis' iconic Bridge Suite.
