Atlantis’ Culinary Division offers our guests a number of dining options that cater to guests with special dietary needs, food allergies and dining restrictions. We ask guests who require special dietary accommodations to contact the Chef's Office at least two weeks prior to arrival with the full details of their needs. Many guests who require kosher meals choose the option of bringing their own food with them. This requires that all food products arrive on property in a condition satisfactory to our guests and in compliance with our health and hygiene policies. Please note: we do not accept products that are shipped through an external carrier. We will only accept food items directly from the guest or through our certified vendors. The hotel charges a reheating fee for these food products and advance notice of dining locations is recommended. For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher meals, The Atlantis carries a limited selection of frozen kosher meals that are suitable for all meal periods.

Halaal

For guests requiring Halaal meat products, there are a several options that can be made available during their stay. Please note that these specialty food items require advanced notice as well as a lead time for purchase and delivery to the resort (up to seven working days). Dining Plan FAQ

Q: My husband and I are on a meal plan and would like to eat breakfast in 2 different restaurants. Is that possible?
A: For the billing process to work effectively everyone on the plan must eat in the same restaurant at the same time.

Q: We’re on vacation with another family that’s also on the same meal plan and all want to eat together. What should we do to ensure the billing is correct?
A: In order to prevent billing discrepancies upon check- out each family must sign for their own check. One person can’t sign for the entire table.

Q: My 8 year old son prefers to select items from the adult menu but we are on the meal plan. How does that work?
A: Children 7 to 11 years old must order off the children’s menu in restaurants that offer them. In the event that they order off the adult menu, the full adult retail price will be charged.

Q: Should I tell my server that I’m on the meal plan?
A: We recommend that you specify to your server which meal plan you’ve purchased when seated at the table so that the server can process your check accordingly.

Q: Do I need to make Restaurant Reservations?
A: We strongly suggest that guests make restaurant reservations by calling Restaurant Reservations at ext. 29. Note that the buffet restaurants don’t require reservations.

Q: What is your reservation cancellation policy?
A: We require a room number or credit card to secure dinner reservations.
A $50 per person no-show fee will be charged in the event that guests do not show up to their reservation. If the guests do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, the $50 per person no-show fee will be strictly enforced.
