Therefore, we strongly advise you not to rent motorized equipment. All risks incidental to participation in water sports activities and other recreational facilities around the resort are assumed by guests. Providers of motorized equipment, water vehicles, motorcycles, and excursions offered at or around Atlantis are independent contractors not affiliated with the Brookfield Hospitality Properties LLC, BREF Bahamas, LTD., Atlantis Resort SPE Limited, Atlantis Holdings (Bahamas) Limited, Island Hotel Company Limited, Harborside at Atlantis Development Limited, Harborside at Atlantis Management Limited, or any of their parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries at every tier. Their respective employees, officers, directors, and the Resort are not responsible for the acts, neglect, or defaults of such independent contractors.
