T-shirts or polo shirts, shorts or jeans, skirts or sundresses, and similar apparel are recommended.

In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, we require that you cancel before 4PM on the day of the reservation. If a cancellation is not made, a $50 per person no-show fee will be charged for all specialty dining restaurants and a $30 per party no-show fee will be charged for all casual restaurants.
We have a 15-minute grace period, if you do not arrive after 15-minutes the no-show fee will be strictly enforced.

Guest Provided Kosher Meals:
Guests may bring their own kosher meals. Contact Room Service 7 days before your arrival to ensure that all your food products arrive on property in a satisfactory condition.
Food must be fully cooked in disposable trays, double wrapped in foil.
Food must be clearly labeled by day and meal period (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
Raw food requiring preparation and cooking will not be accepted.
A Culinary Executive will meet you upon arrival at Atlantis, to secure items for storage.

Allergy Requests, Kosher Meals, Split Plate Charges & Fish Preparation
The Atlantis Culinary Department offers a number of dining options to cater to special dietary and allergy needs. We ask guests who require special attention for their diet to contact the Chefs’ Office at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival with full details of their needs and special requests. We recommend advance restaurant reservations, if possible, to notify the venue choice.

Our Culinary Team will arrange meals to accommodate most manageable food allergies or dietary restrictions. Many guests with kosher or special dietary needs choose to bring their own food with them. We do not accept raw products or products shipped with an external carrier. We will only accept food items shipped directly from the guests or our Certified Vendors. These can be heated and served in the guest suite or in our selected restaurants (prior reservations strongly recommended).

For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher meals, Atlantis carries a limited number of frozen kosher meals that are suitable for all meal periods, as well as select dessert options. Meals are held in inventory on a regular basis, but guests are asked to select all needed meals before arrival. Kosher meals are purchased from U.S. based suppliers. Meals are served on a sealed plate with individual wrapped flatware. “Kashrus Certification” and Vendor information is available upon request.
