To ensure your preferred dining experiences, we strongly recommend guests make advance restaurant reservations prior to their stay.

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?

Atlantis has many different dining options and venues. Please visit our dining page for individual restaurant hours.

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS?

We strongly recommend that guests make restaurant reservations in advance before arriving on property.
Please visit our dining reservations page.
Dinner reservations are not accepted via fax or e-mail.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT THE RESTAURANTS?

Resort and sports attire is appropriate throughout the day. Shoes and cover-ups are required in the lobbies and in all indoor restaurants, lounges and public places at all times.

Signature Dining Restaurants

Venues include Fish by Jose, Café Martinique, Nobu, Silan by Alon Shaya and Paranza by Michael White.

Signature Dining Restaurant Dress code: Resort Elegant

  • Ladies are encouraged to wear evening attire.

  • Gentlemen are required to wear collared shirts.

  • No swimsuits, shorts, athletic wear, t-shirts, ripped or frayed denim, hats, flip flops, crocs, or slippers.


Casual Restaurants

Venues include Lagoon Bar & Grill, Ocean Club Clubhouse, Seafire Steakhouse, Carmine’s, Sip Sip, Frezca, Bimini Road, Murray’s Deli, Chop Stick, Perch, Poseidon’s Table, Village Burger Shack.

Casual Restaurants Dress code: Smart Casual

  • Dress in t-shirts or polo shirts, slacks, sundresses or skirts, and similar attire.

  • No shorts, jeans, tennis shoes, logo or silk-screened t-shirts.


Fast Casual Restaurants

Venues include Breakwaters Grill, Cascades, Mayan Cart, Pisces, Riverbend Café, Shark Bites, Triton’s Shack Bar, Pita, Starbucks at Aquaventure, Sun & Ice, Plato’s, The Dilly Club, Mckenzie's Conch Shack, Starbucks at Marina Village, Marina Pizzeria, Starbucks at the Coral, Ben & Jerry's, Shake Shack, Starbucks at the Reef and Zero Entry.

Fast Casual Restaurants Dress code: Casual

  • T-shirts or polo shirts, shorts or jeans, skirts or sundresses, and similar apparel are recommended.

  • No swimsuits or cutoff shorts. Shoes are required.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DINING RESERVATIONS

In the event that a reservation needs to be cancelled, we require that you cancel before 4PM on the day of the reservation. If a cancellation is not made, a $50 per person no-show fee will be charged for all specialty dining restaurants and a $30 per party no-show fee will be charged for all casual restaurants.

We have a 15-minute grace period, if you do not arrive after 15-minutes the no-show fee will be strictly enforced.

DOES ATLANTIS PROVIDE KOSHER MEALS?

Guest Provided Kosher Meals:
Guests may bring their own kosher meals. Contact Room Service 7 days before your arrival to ensure that all your food products arrive on property in a satisfactory condition.
Food must be fully cooked in disposable trays, double wrapped in foil.
Food must be clearly labeled by day and meal period (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
Raw food requiring preparation and cooking will not be accepted.
A Culinary Executive will meet you upon arrival at Atlantis, to secure items for storage.
Service Fees:
In Suites: $15 per item warming fee plus room service charge & 15% gratuity.
In Gourmet Restaurants: $35 per item warming fee plus 15% gratuity.
In Specialty Restaurants: $15 per item warming fee plus 15% gratuity.


Atlantis Provided Kosher Meals:
For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher food, Atlantis carries a limited number of Weberman's frozen kosher entrées for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Service Fees:
Breakfast: $30 per item plus 15% gratuity
Lunch/Dinner: $40 per item plus 15% gratuity
Dessert: $10 per item plus 15% gratuity


PLEASE NOTE: All prices, fees, services, options, menu choices and programs related to kosher dining are subject to change without notice at anytime. You must contact Room Service prior to arrival at 242-363-3000 with your full dining details and special needs. Kosher meals are not included with our dining plans.

ARE GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS AVAILABLE ON SITE?

Atlantis provides a variety of gluten-free items - pasta, breads/hamburger buns, pancake mix, and pizza crusts. Items available will change depending on the venue.

ARE SOY PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?

Several venues stock soy milk but the brand may vary.

ARE VEGAN/VEGETARIAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Yes, chefs will assist once prior notice is given.

ARE LACTOSE-FREE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?

Several venues stock soy, oat and almond milk. Lactose free milk available on request

I HAVE FOOD ALLERGY, WHERE CAN I EAT?

List of restaurants are shown below. You can contact the Chefs’ Office and advise of your dining preferences.

CAN FOOD ITEMS BE SHIPPED TO THE HOTEL?

We do not recommend shipping food items to the hotel. Certain food items can be brought as part of personal luggage. Also, be sure to confirm with your designated airline.

CAN GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN KOSHER FOOD? WHERE CAN I STORE MY FOOD?

Yes, food must be in aluminum containers, dated and labeled by name and meal period.

They will be secured and reheated as required by the culinary staff (fees applicable). Restaurant reservations are strongly recommended prior to arrival.

ARE KOSHER MEALS INCLUDED IN THE DINING PLANS?

No, they are charged separately.   

WHERE SHOULD I EAT WHEN DINING OUTDOORS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

We recommend dining at Shark Bites, Fresca, and Lagoon Grill. Ask to speak with the Chef on Duty.

CAN I PURCHASE A MEAL PLAN AND STILL HAVE MY SPECIAL NEEDS FULFILLED?

Yes, for most allergies, the restaurants on the plan will accommodate dietary needs.

WHAT IF I AM ALLERGIC TO LATEX?

Kitchens are latex free.

Special Dietary Requests

Allergy Requests, Kosher Meals, Split Plate Charges & Fish Preparation

The Atlantis Culinary Department offers a number of dining options to cater to special dietary and allergy needs. We ask guests who require special attention for their diet to contact the Chefs’ Office at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival with full details of their needs and special requests. We recommend advance restaurant reservations, if possible, to notify the venue choice.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

Our Culinary Team will arrange meals to accommodate most manageable food allergies or dietary restrictions. Many guests with kosher or special dietary needs choose to bring their own food with them. We do not accept raw products or products shipped with an external carrier. We will only accept food items shipped directly from the guests or our Certified Vendors. These can be heated and served in the guest suite or in our selected restaurants (prior reservations strongly recommended).

Please see below list of restaurants that can best manage meal preparation for the most common allergies, with possible limited menu selections according to guest single or multiple allergies.

For guest-brought meals that need storage, upon check-in, please notify the Food & Beverage manager or chef by dialing extension #22 from the room phone for food pickup and inspection. The front office team will not accept any food items. 
NOTE: Room Service is available at The Royal, The Coral and Cove/Reef.

KOSHER MEALS

All food must be provided in disposable trays, double wrapped in foil and clearly labeled/numbered by day needed and by meal period (breakfast, lunch or dinner).  For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher meals, Atlantis carries a limited number of frozen kosher meals that are suitable for all meal periods, as well as select dessert options.  Meals are held in inventory on a regular basis, but guests are asked to select all needed meals before arrival. Kosher meals are purchased from U.S. based suppliers.  Meals are served on a sealed plate with individual wrapped flatware. “Kashrus Certification” and Vendor information is available upon request.

HALAL OPTIONS

Halal certified beef, lamb and chicken options are available at select restaurants. Contact the chefs’ office no less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival to confirm dining options. Vendor details are available upon request.

FISH HANDLING PROCEDURE

We will accept fish caught by our guests, to prepare, and cook the fish according to their requests. We reserve the right not to cook certain types of fish caught in local waters or unknown waters. A culinary executive will confirm the types of acceptable fish.

This service is offered through room service only.
Service Charge per person is $50 plus 10% VAT and 15% gratuity.
NOTE:  Additional starch, vegetables and salads will be charged separately and accordingly.
